It is getting to be that time again, where we stuff ours with turkey and pray we fit into our jeans the next day. Well I got a few helpful hints for those in need to find reasons NOT to be worried about gaining a few months. How about these tips for the turkey day: Starting tomorrow I want you to start saying these things to yourself
1- I won’t say Diet word again.
2- I have decided deep in my heart of hearts that I am going to make a life-style change.
3- I will slowlyand surely change a little each day..
How we doing? Scared yet? You don’ t need to be. Everyone says that when you diet you are making sure you can’t have anything sweet, candy, sweeter, just not anything good anymore.
Do you know what is real diet? Its not one. What it boiled down in just a few words, you must watch what is going into your mouth, and you must do more than sit on the couch all day. Do you know why the thin stay thin? Its only because they decided years ago that this was a life-style change. Nothing more than that.
For those who really need to diet, don’t start one today. Don’t start one tomorrow. Just start watching what you put into your mouth and talk to your doctor.
Number thing one must do is talk to your doctor. He or she will know what is best for you better than any thing that I could write and besides I am not a doctor!! I lived years ago I quit cleaning my plate. ohhh ahh how hard is that? Breaking rule number one from your mother, I am not going to clean my plate EVER AGAIN!!
One of the things that I do is no matter what is on my plate I ever clean it, I ever eat everything! Is that hard for me to leave food behind? Most times no but other times still no. Why you might ask? I had a goood l long talk with my doctor. And listening to her was one some of things I have ever done.
Talk your doctor before trying any “not a diet” plan. Keep an eyes out for more here little tips but now on to Beauty!
A Couple of Tips just for Fun
How is your Hair behaving? Poorly you say? Then try this!
Its a Hair Mask for Probem Hair or just dry / sun damaged
1 mashed banana
1 tablespoon honey
Mix together the banana and honey till smooth and creamy -
Wet your hair with warm water and massage into the conditioner into your hair and
scalp. Wrap your hair into a plastic wrap or towel and let it the condition your hair
for 20 minutes – Rinse your Hair then shampoo and condition as usual.
You will notice your hair seems thicker & your shampoo will really later!
Just enough for one treatment.
You love the look of your lashes when wearing mascara,
for those of us wear glasses, sometimes the tip touch the lenses of my glasses,
leaving with paw prints.
Tip: after you apply mascara, touch thr ends lightly with a tiny pat of powder.
Oh no not a pimple!
Tip When going to bed at night , apply a dab of calamine lotion or good old Milk
of Manesia on it and it will blemish will be gone.
