I was reading Mrs. Dunwoody’s Excellent Instructions for Housekeeping by Miriam Lukken copyright 2003
and found something that is good for this timeof year. Why? Because it seems as closer it gets to the major holidays more down and lonely, heart broken some people get. No matter what that if they lost someone or someone just left them. Not having had this problem myself lately but I thought is was a real simple but good cure for what ails you.
Here is her cure for: The Broken Heart
Allow 1 to 2 days to sulk, cry and pout
followed by 2 days of rest and 1 day of exercise.
On the sixth day, make a list of your blessings, talents, and accomplishments.
Display this list on your mirror.
On the seventh day, put your trust in God, carry on, and do the next thing.
This too shall pass.
Well? Yeah like I said simple but it left out the most helpful cure in all the world CHOCOLATE!!
