I am having work done on my lower back on the 22nd so all orders that come in on that day won’t get started on till the 23rd. The 22nd is going to be a down day for me and I won’t be working, I won’t be doing any computer work that is, if you know what a RFL is I am having my third one done. (sad face)

its where they take 10 needles and basically fry the nerves in your lower back to stop the pain. The nerve endings grow back but I am pain free for about 10 months at least I was last time. I rather enjoyed a drug-free pain-free life once I have it done so its worth for me to have it done again.
