I was having fun today with Grenade BB Couture nail polish for men. Its a hot dirty army looking green and looks so amazing I had to play with it! Anyone who knows me knows I have a thing for green nail polish!
I took pictures of how it looks in sunlight, inside and with something so brand new I haven’t add it yet to the site!
And now I got to show off something brand new!
I was talking with one of my many customers and she told me that I just had to do some swatches using my nails.
Haven never really thought my nails looked all that hot I decided oh why not? My nails may not be as hot looking as say the nails are for the Venice Party blog post but they will do for what I want to show off.
Now here we go! Still using Grenade I applied a Matte Top Coat over it. I don’t really care for the matte polishes. They are just so flat looking and yuck! Anywhoo here are my nails with Grenade and the Matte Top Coat I will be adding to the site soon. We have it for men and women.
Well what do you think? I love the way Grenade looks anyway cause I am just a green nail polish freak as it is. So for me this is a hot green nail polish that just Rocks!

So what do you think? I think it changes up the color just enough to make it fun to play around with. I am going to try it out on other BB Couture nail polishes colors but for today its Grenade.
The Matte Top Coat with come in the round bottles for women styles and as a formula for men as well and will come in the square bottle for them. I will update the blog later on today when I have added the Matte Top Coats in the site. Do you have a color by BB Couture that you would like to see it on? I really like the way OPI Nail Envy topcoat works as a semi-matte topcoat. It is not as dull and lifeless as some of the super-mattes can be, and it can be used over pretty much any color – matte or glossy. I am not sure what kind you used here, but it does have a very similar look to Nail Envy because it still leaves a slight velvety sheen to the nail.
Nice effect!
But maybe the best part is that it wears like regular polish. I have heard that the new matte polishes don’t wear well, so maybe this is a good alternative.
What I used was Matte Top Coat by BB Couture for Women! I just added it today in fact! I thought I would play around with it and it works pretty good. I didn’t know what to expect so you got my first time ever trying a matte top coat..
We go one now for guys and girls.. cool huh?

You know how I love my greens. I was really thrilled with this shade. I also love it matte. I will just have fun playing with all the polishes and making them matte. I’d like to say Fairy Blood matted.
This looks great! I’m slowly starting to love green polishes. I tried Sally Hansen’s Insta-Dri in Jumpin Jade & loved it!
I’m really liking these BB Couture polishes. The colors are amazing! I wanna try them someday.
