From the lush green mountains to the stunning blue ocean, Haiti, although a poor nation, is rich in culture and beauty. The stunning beaches along the Labadee Peninsula boast breathtaking views of the crystal blue waters, while Tortuga Island is an exquisite tropical paradise rich in natural beauty. Their culture is on display daily at the Prayer Tree, located in Cape Haitian. The women and children of Haiti dance and pray beneath an enormous tree, while curious spectators sit upon makeshift pews that are actually the huge roots of the tree.

Despite the ordeals that Haiti has endured over the years, most recently, the devastating earthquake that literally rocked this island nation to its core, the people of this country have maintained a proud and welcoming spirit. It is our sincere hope that their spirit will sustain them through this tragedy, and we would like to ask that you join us in supporting them as they work to attain this monumental task.
