Rarely do I do this. As someone who has done lots of reviews for skincare. I usually give a product about two weeks before moving to another brand. If I’m not testing anything I go back to my regular products and finish up whatever product I had done a review on over time.
Now I received from Stages of Beauty two products from their Grace line. It’s their answer to woman 50+ in age. Now I’m really on the cusp because i am going to be 50 in June. So I’m just a little too old for their Elegance line and just a few months too young for their Grace line. At the time of this review.
Stages of Beauty has just that lines of skincare based on stages of one’s life.
They had found over years of testing that something was missing in skincare.
Answer me this, do you buy skincare based on packaging, price, marketing and not so much on what you hope it will do?
Tough question isn’t it? Think about what you are using now, and answer me why?Now Stages of Beauty offer four different age/specific lines.
The Radiance line (for those in their 20’s): which pretty much focuses on preventative care, repairing and protecting your skin from you.
The Harmony line ( for those in their 30’s): which puts more focus on promoting your skins natural ability to exfoliate and regenerate new skin cells while supporting collagen and elastin. It’s in our thirties that our skin starts slowing down and needs that extra help.
The Elegance line (for those in their 40’s):puts an additional focus on regaining the skins elasticity firmness and tone. While in your 40’s unless you are taking extra good care with what you are using for skincare.. You are going to start seeing a bit of sag around your jaw, maybe a bit of a second chin. Also you are starting to develop fine lines under your eyes, the corners of your mouth are starting to show fine lines can you tell what age group I am in?
I once read somewhere that by the time you hit your 40’s it’s not taking care of your skin, it’s maintain and damage control.
They have one more which is called The Grace line for 50+ which puts an additional focus on hydration, restoration of the skins surface immunity and balancing the effects of what your hormones do to your skin.

I had received two items from the Grace Line The Treatment Cream and Intensive Wrinkle Serum.
Now I am almost at the bottom of my jar of cream. I was trying to decide if some of the things I was feeling was their serum and cream or just me. So I put this face cream through its paces, I tried different serums; I tried it with added face creams, with serum or serums without serums. Always used a light moisturizer in the day with sun screen.
Trying to decide something.. Don’t believe me? I used almost all I had in my jar trying to decide about how it works, or if it works like I see in the photos on their site.. A girl can dream right?

I would put it on lightly I would try heavy, I would use a different one in the daytime use it only at night, or the other way around.
After weeks of testing it I have decided finally a few things. On hydration it does great most of the time. I say that because I have dry skin so at night, well most creams for me are good about 50% of the time. The Grace Line gets s bit of a higher rating because about 70% of the time I did not wake up in the morning with dry itchy cheek bones. There is no eye cream in the line which I thought was unusual. I have the dried eye area are in the mornings!

The serum is ok if I used another one for around my eyes. The serum goes on and as it dries it kind of to me feels like a mask, one that forms to your face but still a mask. I have tried a few like these and it feels funny. I’m not sure it I like how it feels. Does it work? I got no idea.
Even with all the testing I did, I really should of broke out like crazy and I didn’t. I don’t know if that was part of what the cream does to help your skin but wow. I have been super stressed out this past month or so and not a break out in sight. One or two is common for me, so anymore than that is a breakout.
The reason why I tested the cream for so long was because of the overall tightening my skin got. I felt this cream working away at my skin all day and throughout the night, and still working when I got up in the morning. If that was what it’s meant to do? I still have no idea.
I think I read that it takes at least three months for you to see any changes to your skin. So if you are going to start it, plan to stick with it for a while. More than enough of you need damage control for your skin in your 20’s! It’s not cheap and be careful not to drop it. The jar is glass and heavy.
The packaging is really cute, the box comes with little messages on the inside.
Overall after I tried so many different other products with it, For the past couple of weeks I had been using the cream and serum on their own. Don’t care what the paperwork may say I think it needs a high powered eye cream.
A lot of research when into creating these lines, and you can tell. If you are on the cusp by a few months or even a year go to the next one up. You can find them here.
I have come to the conclusion that for me it didn’t really work as well as I thought it would.
I’m not sure if its because I expected more of it than it would do in the time frame? But I will leave it up to you. Have you tried Stages of Beauty products yet? What are your thoughts about them?
Now there are a few issues about this product, Please be aware that when you sign up for the “free” sample of Stages of Beauty, you are enrolling in an AUTO SHIP program. To stop it you have to call them and tell them to cancel it which I think is wrong, I think you should be to handle it online without any fuss.
Just remember that. There are a few complains online mostly about their auto-payment shipping plan, which is something I totally dislike. I think I should be able to pick when I want to order more.
They have it where you can become a consultant or host parties which reminds me of Avon and Mary Kay.
You can find more information about their line and all that they have to offer. If becoming a consultant sounds like something you would like to do, check out that there as well.
You can visit Stages of Beauty here: http://stagesofbeauty.com where you can order the free sample if you like.

Thank you for your quality insight on this products. I will try my hardest in experimenting with this products. So many to choose from! Thanks again.
It’s good stuff. You can try the cream for 18 days with no strings attached. $4.95 shipping, ang if you don’t like it in 2 weeks, just call them and cancel. They even let you keep the bottle-not make you ship it back.
I use both the Grace skin cream and the neck cream. It takes 3-4 weeks, but after that you really do see improvements. It’s the best I’ve tried so far.
I try the Grace serum and the cream, really see the different, I have try amost every thing on TV , include principle secret, meningful beauty, and many other that I can’t remember the name, the wores kind is the one advitice by Jean s. moor, this is the one and only kind that I see unbelieveble result, after I use the sample for couple of weeks, I did not try on my face, I try it on the most wrinkly area whcih is the back of my hands, due to I work in hospital, I wash my hand all the time, and they get really wrinkly, and after few week, they are 100% better, and they don’t look like 60 years old hand any more, and I start put them on around my eyes and my mouth, and it work great, my fine line were much less noticable, around. so I start order both the serum and ceam, love them, can’t say enough of them.
That is awesome to hear that it is giving you help with the wrinkles on your hands. I did not try it on my hands, I did my face and I do was impressed with how well it worked. Thanks for stopping by!

If you are facing the dry skin, dry eye area, I have a truly great line you need to check out! The company is called MiOneGroup and is based out of Australia. Their products are 100% certified organic, which is a huge bonus. Their products include two serums for dry/mature skin that have made a huge difference for my dry (read REALLY DRY) skin. No more of the waking up with dry eye area or itchy, uncomfortable cheeks! The line is moderately priced, you can choose to be a distributor or a lifestyle customer. Their customer service is awesome. Did I mention the 100% organic ingredients? With the lack of research about how synthetic chemicals affect our body systems, why risk ‘em when there is such a fabulous alternative?!
Thanks for stopping by! Looks like a great product, I will have to check them out! I hate waking up with dry itchy cheeks!!

Great tips! I have been telling women to use BB Creams on the backs of their hands when they have extra! Your hands will give you away if you don’t care for them as well as your face!

I think between your neck and your hands, you just can’t hide your age! Unless you take care of yourself, and start doing it early!!
