I got something major coming up on Aug. 7 and it’s showing up in my skin, meaning my skin is so stressed out right now! (All of me is but that is besides the point)  As you well know that if you are too stressed out for a longer time than say a few days it starts showing up on your skin, around your eyes and even your hair! The last thing I want is to have my stress showing up on my face! Breakouts, looking over tired etc.

My good friends over at b-glowing heard about it and send me the prefect skin care gift set and yes a peel that they thought could help calm down my stressed out skin.

The brand is called skyn ICELAND Solutions for stressed out skin. I had never heard of the brand before but they have products that are meant for your stressing out skin. I got two main items in my package.. a exfoliant (peel) and a Detox set.

The name of the peel is called Nordic Skin Peel with Alpha-Beta Complex. Comes in a jar of 60 pads, how many times you use it depends on how sensitive your skin is.

The Detox Kit for Stressed Skin is a collection of their products in a travel size set. You get a cleanser, a day face cream, a mist and a night cream. The whole idea is this set should last you up to a month! But the idea is you use it for up to 5 days each time your skin starts really freaking out till it calms back down again.. pretty cool huh?

The cleanser you only need a dime size amount to cleanse your skin without over-drying it. Reminds me of shampoo more than a facial cleanser.
The gift set doesn’t come with any types of serum, or eye cream. And the daily lotion doesn’t have sunscreen. What interesting to me is after applying the daily lotion, I waited a few minutes and then applied my daily sunscreen. The cooling sensation happened again!
I am not a big mist you spray on your face because I only end up getting some in my eyes lol

I cleansed at night and applied the rich Oxygen Infusion Night Cream with Biospheric Complex applied my favorite eye cream and waited a few minutes and tried to give my face a overall misting. The Arctic Face Mist has a multivitamin complex that for my skin gave it a extra boost while I slept.

The Detox kit gives you a good idea if this product line will work for your stressed out skin. No matter what if you think that having to do anything extra like apply; wash off extra is stopping you from using an exfoliant? Nordic Skin Peel is perfect for you!
