Glossy Boxes are kinda a hit and miss with me. I guess due to the fact I have different likes and dislikes to most people, anywhoo this is August Glossy Box goodies

This month had some really neat items if only they had been in colors I would of liked or could wear. For starters there was Ellis Faas brand Milky Lips in a color of I am guessing orange?

Ellis Faas is lightweight and long-lasting lip products that come in three textures : creamy lips for a matte finish, milky lips (that is the one I got) for a gloss finish and glazed lips for a touch of color. Best part is they are paraben-free, loaded with vitamin E. I did try it on, and it comes with a brush type applicator. It felt wonderful, only the color made my teeth look really yellow.

They call it color #L204 with is a very burnt orange red. It is so wrong for me color wise. I wish it had been a pale pink or something that anyone could wear.
The next thing I tested on my hand before I tried it on my face. Boy am I glad I had! It seems that whatever they have as a ingredient, made my hand itch so badly it was hard to just take a photo of it!

Its called “Touch in Sol” Feel like Honey Moon Skin Base. What they say about it “Apply this fantastic primer after your skincare routine and before your makeup. Its honey texture firms and revitalizes the skin and allows a better makeup application.”

It has a really strong alcohol smell which means sense being when you look at the list of ingredients, Alcohol is the third ingredient on there. I can’t use it. When you look at it you can see looks like gel and it has little gold flecks in it. It also make my hand itch like crazy! So I am allergic to something in it.

Illamasqua nail polish in Purity. What can I say? I love nail polish but I didn’t own as of yet a Illamasqua color. So for me it was really neat to get one, to finally say I do. Its in a color that I wouldn’t wear unless I was using it as undies for something like a glitter or fancy top coat. Its a warm peachy color.. really really pretty. If you wear these colors I would say get this one. The formula is wonderful!

Ole Henriksen Truth Serum.. finally something I have always wanted to try but have never bought. What they say “This high powered vitamin C complex helps smooth out lines and wrinkles, fights environmental aggressors and keeps your skin moisturized, nourished and protected.” My skin loves it! I been using every night and day and wow.. it has a scent I can’t really place but its orange and something else. I have heard lots of good things about Ole Henrisken brand so it was wonderful to finally get to try something of theirs.
Last item was a sample size of Biolage ExquisiteOil Replenishing Treatment for your hair. They say its infused with a Moringa Oil Blend whatever that means. Its a serum you can use as you shampoo, condition and or when you blow dry your hair. Its really light weight and doesn’t weigh now my hair. I have so far tested when I blow dried my hair.
