Bathing in the lap of luxury of scent and softness. All because you are worth it! As you allow yourself the luxury of Body Butter that looks grainy in the jar yet turns out smooth on your skin with amazing softness. The grains leave a trail of a pure sensation of fragrant indulgence to your senses on your skin. It seems that the Body Butter was created with the grains as a way to release a burst of scent causing a celebration for your senses onto your skin. Your nose loves the delightful aroma as much as your skin loves the softer feeling. There is no need to wear perfume when using this Body Butter, the scent leaves you feeling petal soft with just enough scent left on your skin. This sensory pleasure is what Maryam is becoming famous for.

Now who is Maryam? Well she is the owner of the website http://www.Maryam-soap-nook.com . Like a lot of creators of Natural skincare products, she created a line of pure delight for her daughter Sarah Soleil. Maryam’s Soap Nook was inspired by the birth of her daughter, making the rest of glad this delightful child was born.

In the quest to ensure the best overall health and well-being of her daughter Maryam started taking an interested in Aromatherapy for Children which lead her to start creating handcrafted soaps, body butters and bath oils. As she developed her skincare line Maryam found that that you do not only need your skin nourished but you need your spirit to be uplifted.

I had started off this review as a walk through your scents talking about Maryam’s Body Butter. She calls it Whipped Shea Monoi Body Butter scented Coconut Cream. (All her products comes with 50 choices of different scents.)

This body butter was created with shea butter, monoi de Tahiti oil, cocoa butter, sweet almond oil, goat milk, vitamin E, and silk fibers. And to top it off you are not getting a 4 oz bottle you are getting 8 ounces of exquisite softness beyond compare! I was left with skin feeling irresistibly soft and refreshing, the scent of Coconut Cream was just amazing! I got so many remarks about the scent the next day at work. Yes the scent does last that long if you go a little over board like I did when putting it on. I was so intrigued by the way the grains broke open hitting my nose with the scent of Coconut Cream that I just kept putting it on! I now have velvety smooth skin that lasted until after my shower the next day. That alone gave me reason to ask Maryam if I could start offering it to my customers, which I will be doing soon!

The next product I tried out was her Body Scrub. This body scrub is filled with shea butter and dead sea salts. The official name of this item is Shea Butter & Dead Sea Salt Glow Scrub. The scent I got to try was Ocean Spray.

The idea here was while you are scrubbing your body that you close your eyes and start off by thinking about being at the ocean. Start hearing the waves as it hits the shore. You can almost smell the pureness of the air as the ocean gives off its only original scent. As I stood there in my shower scrubbing away I did just that. I thought about being at the ocean at sunset, hearing the waves and the seagulls (I have a great imagination!). This body scrub exfoliates your skin leaving you feeling refreshed. I think to really create the best Ocean Spray scent with a trip to the oceanside would be to have candles burning as well. When I called Maryam and I asked her if she made candles she said she doesn’t. Start looking for candles that have a pure Ocean scent and your time in the shower would be even more amazing.

Also in the goodie bag were three bars of handcrafted soaps. Ocean Spray which would be just wonderful to use when not using the body scrubs. Maryam’s Ocean Spray soap has the scents of fresh citrus, mint intertwined with honeysuckle and musk. Get this, it even has what look like fish shapes inside the soap! The soap comes in multiple shades of blue and one of the shades of blue looks like a fish.

The second bar is Cleopatra’s Oatmeal, Milk and Honey soap. Its well known that Cleopatra’s secret to her legendary flawless skin was her obsession to having milk and honey baths in a time when bathing just wasn’t done! To Cleopatra that was nothing that could compare to her priceless milk baths, but for maybe having a certain Mark Anthony joining her. But that’s not a story we need to know about. LOL!

I would not be a bit surprised if this bar of soap named after her was created from a recipe handed down from Cleopatra into the hands of Maryam’s Soap Nook!! Not true, but with the enchanting blend of sandalwood, jasmine, musk, lavender, milk and honey this would be a bar of soap found in Cleopatra’s bathroom. This scent would be just as wonderful as a candle.

The third bar of soap is Peaches and Cream. This bar is the a mosaic style soap like the Ocean Spray was, with pieces of two different shades of peach inside a peach colored bar. Very peachy indeed! As with the other 2 bars of soap, its not heavy scented like some bars can be. It was created with warm butter-cream, vanilla and course sweet, ripe peaches as well as palm oil and monoi de Tahiti oil. It seems that quite a few of the products Maryam’s Soap Nook makes are created with monoi de Tahiti oil maybe that is what makes hers so delightful.

There were more items in the gift bag, but you will have to go ahead and buy the gift bag to test them out yourself. J The Body Mist came in a scent that I didn’t care for but that didn’t stop it from being really neat, and the Bath Oil was great for my nails. I don’t use Bath Oils but it does say that you can put it on your nails as a way to soften them, so I did, and it does!

I don’t often get gift bags like these that are worth more than anyone would ever pay for.

The scents are delightful, beyond your wildest dreams in natural scents. Your skin will be left feeling luxurious, pampered, silky smooth to the touch, supple and sweetly scented. Everything is natural and I totally recommend them to anyone.
