I been doing a lot research into doing things more natural. So I came across in one of my many beauty books a really neat recipe for stuff to add to your bath. Was reading about Milk and uses for it other than drinking it. Now who hasn’t heard that milk is wonderful for your skin? Fresh Milk has been used as a skin beautifier for centuries. Its high in protein, calcium, and vitamins, and its easily absorbed by the skin, leaving it soft and radiant. As far back as the Egyptian times with Cleopatra in 69-30BC women has added milk to their baths. Why? Because milk is as good on the outside as it is in the inside. Milk in high calcium which is good for the bones, thats why its should be pushed on kids to drink milk for their growing bones. Women who can’t drink milk need to find other ways to get calcium, I can’t drink milk can I take a bath using soy milk instead?
