No matter where we are in our lives, we all need a little self-love. I have always felt that if you don’t love yourself, you really can’t love someone else. So how do we go about finding ways to work on our own self-care? Finding ways to bring up our own good vibes? Starting off with daily affirmations are a great way to keep yourself centered in a positive mindset. I have been lucky enough to find a good coach that has helped me along the way. I even have my own list that I say to myself. 😉
