Starting with, a simple milk bath. Add one good book and a few candles, and you have a lovely time just for you!
Did you know that milk is not only good for you, it can help your skin overall! Milk is a very good skin-pampering with lots of benefits. Milk includes many components, such as proteins and fats, which are quite good for soothing and moisturizing your skin.

Take a luxurious milk bath:
1 cup of instant, powdered milk
1 cup of baking soda
Step in and soak for 15 minutes.
Not sure about a milk bath? How about using aromatherapy such as essential oils to relax with? Here is a post you can check out here:

One of the easiest ways and the most relaxing ways to benefit from aromatherapy is in your bath. When your day is done. Add 3 to 6 drops of your favorite gentle essential oil, such as lavender, to a full tub of water, swish with your hands to blend. Slip into the warm water and breathe deeply to relax. You can buy a luxurious bubble bath just for yourself, in your favorite scent, just because you are a grown up, sometimes taking a bubble bath just works best to relax in.

How about more simple skincare ideas?
Creating all natural face or body scrubs can be done with just a few simple items you have in your kitchen. I use ones that I can buy ready-made, and use them in the shower on my face.

Why a facial or body scrub?
Scrubs are meant to do one the best, that is to remove dry, dead skin cells from the surface of your skin. They can be used on all skin types but for those who have acne, tiny views showing, or extreme sensitive skin. Plus, whatever you do, do not use a salt based scrub on any area that you have just shaved. It’s best to use a scrub on your legs BEFORE you shave them as it will help with removing dead skin cells, making it easier to shave.

For all skin types:
In a small bowl, combine
1/4 cup of sea salt or plain sugar
1/4 cup of warmed coconut or olive oil
Stir together. Do not use this scrub on your face or any are you have just shaved!
Best to do this in your shower or bath. Gently massage onto your body with your hands or a mitt, using light pressure. Continue massaging until a rosy glow appears. Work the scrub into areas that are super dry, such as your elbows and feet. Rinse with warm water and towel-dry.

Got dry hands> Try this simple recipe
In a small bowl, combine
1 Tablespoon sugar
1 Tablespoon of Olive oil
Stir well. To exfoliate your dry hands, massage your hands thoroughly, especially around your cuticles and in between your fingers. Rinse thoroughly and apply your favorite hand lotion.

How another simple body scrub for your body uses only 2 ingredients? Do not use this scrub on your face or any area you have just shaved.
Combine 5 tablespoons Olive oil
10 tablespoons ground coffee beans
Combine both ingredients in a small bowl. Using a whisk, create a dense, heavy looking mud. Scrub your body with this simple exfoliating mixture for about 3 minutes. Rinse off in the shower and apply your favorite moisturizer.
